"Try HeartSpeak" Session

Are you curious about HeartSpeak and would like to try a session? This introductory session will give you a good idea of how different you can feel! 

Perhaps your pain is physical or emotional. Or perhaps you have some other symptom you sense is stress-related. Or perhaps you'd like to shift an unwanted behavior or thought pattern. Or perhaps you simply sense that things can be better. Then HeartSpeak may be exactly what you're looking for!

During this 45-minute session, you will have the opportunity to explore these symptoms. These sessions are usually done over the Internet (e.g. via Skype). An experienced HeartSpeak practitioner will guide you toward reaching a resolution, and you will leave the session feeling lighter and clearer.

HeartSpeak sessions are private, personal, and empowering physical experiences. You do not need to divulge your thoughts or discuss your problems. You will simply be guided to feeling your way free.
